Neal Rothermel, Principal Officer

Professional Experience

After spending the first years of his career as operations manager for a company producing high impact medical meetings and large scale international programs for healthcare clients, Neal Rothermel co-founded VMS at the age of 26 with the idea to create an innovative business that focused on the growing needs of clients in highly regulated fields.

His quest to understand the constantly changing pharmaceutical and healthcare environments has proven to be successful in building VMS from a strategic meetings company to the biomarketing powerhouse it is today. Neal’s vision for the company and understanding of the industry was the platform for the development of the medical division of VMS over a decade ago. Today, that vision is a successful reality, with the company’s core service offering of renowned medical education, patient adherence programs and marketing solutions for major healthcare and pharmaceutical brands.

As a leader in biomarketing services, Neal strives to provide the company and its clients with cutting edge technology that allows programs to be flawlessly executed whether live or virtually. His focus on developing an organic corporate culture that nurtures the entrepreneurial spirit of each employee has been instrumental in growing the enterprise as well as attracting and retaining a well-seasoned and educated staff that are not only leaders for the company, but are recognized as industry experts in the field of medical education, patient adherence, outreach, strategic meetings management, compliance and marketing.

Over the last decade, his dedication to the industry and ability to adapt the company has allowed VMS to go from vendor status in fully integrated companies to a truly strategic partner in virtually integrated businesses.

Today, Neal along with co-founder Mandy Moore, continue to provide the vision for an award winning organization of 100 professionals who offer full service solutions to Fortune 500 clients in bio related industries. His previous experience complimented by his innate ability to lead an organization translate well into Neal’s day-to-day focus on driving business forward for one of the fastest growing privately held companies in Indiana.
